Naked intruder found on East Nashville porch

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 27-year-old man was arrested after he was allegedly found on a porch in East Nashville Sunday.

Officers were called to a home on Baxter Avenue and found a naked man sitting on a bench in a screened-in porch.

The homeowners told officers they did not know the man nor how he got into their backyard but he attempted to enter the home through the backdoor. According to court documents, the man then took off his clothes and exposed himself.

Officers detained the man in a patrol car and he said he lives at the house and just bought it but did not know the address, according to Metro police. He also reportedly said he was looking for his friend “Moses” and God sent him here.

The man was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure.
