Mt. Juliet police arrest suspect wanted out of Memphis

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — After performing a traffic stop for unlawful parking in a handicapped spot, Mt. Juliet police arrested a woman wanted out of Memphis.

The Mt. Juliet Police Department said officers performed the stop Tuesday morning and arrested a 33-year-old woman wanted out of Shelby County for aggravated burglary and vandalism since Dec. 2024.

“Whether ensuring handicapped spaces remain available for those who need them or keeping wanted individuals out of our community, our officers are always working to keep Mt. Juliet safe,” a social media post detailing the arrest reads, in part. “We’re grateful for their dedication!”
