According to reports, Jonathan Majors isn’t letting his ongoing legal issues keep him from the dating scene. Rumor has it that the “Lovecraft Country” star is in a “fairly new” relationship with Meagan Good. Insiders close to the entertainers allege they have recently gotten pretty close and have been spending a lot of time together. The actors were even spotted on a movie date at the Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles last weekend, reports claim.  

The news regarding the alleged new couple has received mixed reactions from the public. Many fans of Meagan Good have even taken to Twitter to express that they hope the relationship is just a PR stunt. One user wrote, 

“Fully expected JM to find a Black woman to date as a part of his redemption arc. Definitely didn’t expect Meagan Good. I hope that’s not true because…girl??”

Another person tweeted,

“I’m sorry, but I really don’t want this for the good sis, Meagan Good. I don’t want her to be used as PR stunt to help clean up Jonathan’s image or whatever they’re trying to do. She’s been in the game too long to be used like this and the majority of us are thinking this.”

As previously reported, Majors, 33, was arrested in March on assault, strangulation and harassment charges after his then-girlfriend accused him of physically assaulting her. She was reportedly hospitalized with “minor injuries to her head and neck” and ultimately granted a temporary order of protection following the alleged incident.

As of now, Meagan Good has yet to confirm or deny that she’s dating Jonathan Majors. However, if the rumors are true, this would be Good’s first public relationship since her divorce from DeVon Franklin. As previously reported, the ex-couple announced in December 2021 that, after nine years of marriage, they had separated. Their divorce was settled in June 2022.
