Massive fire engulfs home in Humphreys County

HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Fire crews in Humphreys County spent part of their Monday night battling a massive fire that broke out at a home in McEwen.

The blaze was reported at a residence in the 1600 block of Enochs Road on Monday, March 25.

According to Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis, the homeowner and a few firefighters suffered smoke inhalation. However, no one had to be taken to the hospital for further treatment.

No injuries were reported to the residents or fire personnel who responded to the scene, officials said.

Investigators are working to determine what led to the fire. Additional information was not immediately released.
