According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Tia Mowry‘s attorney Laura Wasser informed the court that her client and Cory have
“entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support.”
While Tia’s lawyer did not reveal the terms for custody, child support, or spousal support, it appears all matters have been resolved and settled. The ex-couple previously agreed to joint physical custody of their children, according to reports.
Both parties are asking the court to approve the settlement and close the case.
As you may recall, last October Tia Mowry took to Instagram to announce that after 14 years of marriage, she and Cory Hardrict were separating. The former love birds share two children together: Cree, 11, and Cairo, 4.

The “Sister Sister” star wrote:
“I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different. I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives.”
Tia Mowry requested joint legal and physical custody of their children and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split in her divorce petition. She also requested that neither party receive spousal support.
Cory previously spoke about the divorce during an Instagram live stream and said,
“I love my beautiful family, I love my kids, love my wife. Love all you guys. It’s all love.”
In response to Tia’s petition, Cory said he’s in agreement with the joint custody. Furthermore, he noted that he wanted the court to determine,
“the validity of the prenuptial agreement dated April 14, 2008, and/or that any provisions are unconscionable.”
