Blac Chyna Says Her OnlyFans Income Was ‘More Like $2 Million,’ Denying Previous Reports She Was Making $20 Million Per Month
Social media personality Blac Chyna is setting the record straight about her past income.
Speaking to Rosemarie Miller from “Forbes Talks,” the model revealed her success on OnlyFans was significantly different than what outlets were previously reporting.
Back in September of last year, Black Chyna made headlines for allegedly being the highest-paid OnlyFans earner of 2022. Reports claimed the socialite, real name Angela White, was raking in $20 million per month. While many quickly rejected the reports as unbelievable, including the influencer’s mother Tokyo Toni, Chyna kept the true details of her pay day quiet for a period of time.
According to Rosemarie Miller, however, Chyna first attempted to clarify the misunderstanding in an interview last April. Reportedly, the mother of two stated she’d only made around $1 million despite reports. The interviewer asked Chyna to once and for all clarify how much the amount actually was, to which she responded:
“The actual number it was close to $2 million…within a two year span…I opened it in 2020 so right when the pandemic had hit,”
“It was something that I didn’t want to do at first. But at the time I had so many lawsuits and so many things that I was dealing with…I’m like, I gotta figure out how can I like continue to have my house, take care of my kids…that’s why I started the Only Fans…but let’s clear this up, I definitely did not make $240 million…I did not.”
Around the aforementioned time, Chyna was engaged in several public legal battles. One suit was against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian, who she shares her 6-year-old daughter Dream with. The model accused her former beaux of distributing revenge porn pics of her online after they broke up in 2017.
Another suit was against several other Kardashians, namely Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. Chyna claimed the famous family conspired to have her E! series “Rob & Chyna” axed, significantly reducing her ability to take care of herself and her children. The entertainer also shares a 10-year-old son with rapper Tyga named King. In the end, Chyna ultimately lost against the Kardashian clan but did receive a settlement from her suit against Rob.
Elsewhere in the interview, Chyna also stated she wants to be referred to as Angela — her birth name — moving forward. The social media star explained that her alter ego took over for a while, but that she’s ready to get back to her roots. She explained:
“For me it’s getting back to myself. Being in the entertainment field everybody always calls me like ‘hey Blac Chyna, Chyna, Chyna’…nobody really calls me Angela. So sometimes I would kind of like forget like who I am because it’s always like about the brand, but not about the person.”
The comment certainly aligns with her latest actions. In recent weeks, Chyna revealed she’s removed several of her body injections, will no longer wear long nails, and was re-baptized. Additionally, the entertainer says she is moving forward in faith, trusting that she’ll be able to take care of herself and her family as she continues to turn herself around for the better.
